Welcome to Let’s Make Memories Travel! We’re excited to help you plan meaningful, stress-free vacations. Before booking or engaging with our services, please read the following Terms of Use carefully.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between:
Let’s Make Memories Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and
You (“you,” “your,” or “Traveler”).
By booking travel services through us, paying any amount toward a trip, submitting a planning request, or otherwise interacting with our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
Booking: A reservation made through us with a travel supplier.
Supplier: Any third-party provider of travel services (e.g., cruise lines, airlines, resorts, tour operators).
Traveler: You and all individuals included in your booking.
Travel Services: Any products or services we book, coordinate, or assist with on your behalf.
Trip Documentation: Your official travel itinerary, confirmations, and payment summary.
2. Terms Acceptance & Modifications
These Terms take effect when you book, submit payment, request planning services, or otherwise accept services from Let’s Make Memories Travel.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at:

3. Our Role
Let’s Make Memories Travel acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. While we assist with planning, booking, and coordination, we do not operate, manage, or control the travel services provided by suppliers.
Each supplier has its own terms, conditions, and policies that apply to your trip. You agree to comply with all supplier requirements.
4. Planning Retainers & Cancellations
Most vacation planning services provided by Let’s Make Memories Travel are complimentary when you book travel through our agency.
In certain situations, a non-refundable $50 planning retainer may be required before planning work begins. This may include, but is not limited to:
Consultation-only planning or itinerary development without an immediate booking
Requests for detailed custom itineraries, daily park plans, or extensive research prior to booking
Multiple quote comparisons or complex trip requests
Group travel, multi-destination itineraries, or time-intensive planning requests
Any required planning retainer will always be disclosed and agreed upon in advance before services begin.
Planning retainers are non-refundable, do not apply toward the cost of travel, and are retained by Let’s Make Memories Travel regardless of whether the trip is booked or later canceled.
Agency Cancellation Fee:
If a booked trip is canceled after confirmation, a $100 agency cancellation fee may apply, in addition to any penalties imposed by the travel supplier. This fee may be waived at our discretion in special circumstances, such as rescheduling or documented emergencies.
All planning retainers and cancellation fees help cover the time, expertise, and support invested in your trip.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
You agree to:
Review all trip documentation carefully upon receipt
Pay all balances by supplier due dates
Stay informed of destination requirements (passports, visas, vaccinations, health mandates, etc.)
Notify us promptly of any changes, errors, or concerns
You must be at least 18 years old to book travel and agree to these Terms on behalf of all travelers in your party.
6. Travel Risks & Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance may provide coverage for:
Trip cancellations or interruptions
Medical emergencies or evacuations
Lost or delayed baggage
Supplier failure
Let’s Make Memories Travel is not an insurance provider and cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursement.
If you decline travel insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any losses related to your trip.
7. Payments
All pricing is subject to change based on supplier availability until payment is made in full.
Final payment deadlines, deposits, and accepted payment methods vary by supplier. You are responsible for:
Meeting all payment deadlines
Any changes in taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates after booking
Late or missed payments may result in cancellation or forfeiture of reservations.
8. Refunds & Changes
Refund eligibility is governed by each supplier’s individual policies.
Agency cancellation fees apply in addition to supplier penalties
Supplier refunds may be issued as credits, partial refunds, or may be non-refundable
“No-shows” may result in complete forfeiture of payments
We will always advocate for the best possible outcome on your behalf, but cannot override supplier policies.
9. Conduct & Compliance
All travelers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with the rules and policies of airlines, cruise lines, resorts, theme parks, and other providers.
Disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in denial of service or removal from travel services without refund.
10. Personal Information & Privacy
We collect personal information necessary to plan and book your trip, such as names, birthdates, passport details, and payment information.
This information is securely stored and shared only with travel suppliers as required to complete your booking. We do not sell or misuse your personal data.
11. Limitation of Liability
Let’s Make Memories Travel is not liable for:
Acts, omissions, or errors of travel suppliers
Delays, cancellations, illness, injury, or loss during travel
Events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or global health disruptions
If a claim arises, our maximum liability is limited to the commission earned from your booking.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within South Carolina.
