Welcome to Let’s Make Memories Travel! We’re excited to help you plan meaningful, stress-free vacations. Before you book or interact with our services, please read the following Terms of Use carefully.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between:
Let’s Make Memories Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and
You (“you,” “your,” or “Traveler”).
By booking travel services through us, paying any amount toward a trip, or otherwise engaging with our services, you accept these Terms.
1. Definitions
Booking: A reservation made through us with a travel supplier.
Supplier: Any third-party provider of travel services (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels).
Traveler: You and all individuals included in your booking.
Travel Services: Any products or services we book or coordinate on your behalf.
Trip Documentation: Your official travel itinerary and payment summary.
2. Terms Acceptance & Modifications
These Terms take effect when you book, pay toward, or accept services from Let’s Make Memories Travel. We may update them from time to time, and the most current version will always be available at [Insert your website’s Terms of Use URL].
3. Our Role
Let’s Make Memories Travel acts as an intermediary between you and suppliers. We help you plan and book your vacation, but we do not operate or control the actual travel services. Suppliers may have their own terms and conditions that also apply to your trip.
4. Service Gratuity & Cancellation Policy
To continue offering high-touch service and personalized planning, the following fees apply:
$30 Service Gratuity: A planning and support fee added per booking.
$100 Cancellation Fee: Charged by Let’s Make Memories Travel if you cancel after booking, in addition to any penalties from suppliers.
These fees are non-refundable.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
You agree to:
Review all documentation provided.
Pay balances by the due date outlined.
Stay informed about destination requirements, such as passports, visas, and travel advisories.
Communicate any changes or concerns promptly.
You must be 18 or older to book and agree to these Terms on behalf of all travelers in your party.
6. Travel Risks & Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any losses related to cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost luggage, or supplier failure.
We are not insurance agents and cannot guarantee coverage or reimbursements.
7. Payments
Final pricing depends on availability and is not guaranteed until paid in full. Late or missed payments may lead to cancellation or loss of booking. You are responsible for all supplier payment deadlines, as well as any changes in taxes, exchange rates, or fuel surcharges.
8. Refunds & Changes
Refunds, if available, are governed by each supplier’s terms. Our cancellation and change fees apply in addition to any supplier policies. “No-shows” may result in forfeiture of your entire payment.
9. Conduct & Compliance
You agree to behave responsibly and comply with rules set by airlines, resorts, cruise lines, and other travel providers. Disruptive or unlawful conduct may result in denied service or removal, without refund.
10. Personal Information & Privacy
To book your travel, we collect personal information (e.g., birthdates, passport details, payment info). By working with us, you consent to the sharing of this data with suppliers as needed to secure your trip. We do not sell or misuse your data.
11. Limitation of Liability
Let’s Make Memories Travel is not responsible for:
Any acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers.
Cancellations, delays, loss of personal items, injuries, or illness during your trip.
Events beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or pandemics.
If any claim arises, our maximum liability is limited to the commission we earned from your booking.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, and any legal disputes will be handled in a court within that state.
