What is Let’s Make Memories Travel?
We’re a full-service travel agency that specializes in helping families, couples, and groups plan unforgettable vacations — from cruises and theme parks to all-inclusive resorts and custom itineraries. Think of us as your personal travel planner, advocate, and problem-solver.

Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking online?
Because you’re busy — and you deserve a vacation that actually feels like one. We help you avoid planning stress, navigate fine print, find the best options for your needs, and provide expert guidance (especially for Disney, Universal, and cruises). And if something goes wrong during your trip, you’re not on your own — we’re here to help.

How do I get started?
The best way to get started is by completing our Start Planning form on the website. This helps us understand your travel goals and determine the best way to assist you. Once we review your request, we’ll follow up with next steps.

💳 Pricing, Fees & Payments

Do you charge a service fee?
Many vacations booked through Let’s Make Memories Travel do not require a planning fee.

In certain cases, a non-refundable $50 planning retainer may apply — such as for consultation-only planning, detailed comparisons, or custom day-by-day itineraries prior to booking. If a planning retainer is required, it will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance before any payment is requested.

We also charge a $100 agency cancellation fee per trip if travel is canceled after booking (in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties). This helps protect the time and care invested in each trip.

Do I pay you directly for my trip?
No. Payments for travel are made directly to the travel suppliers (such as cruise lines, resorts, or tour operators) through their official payment systems. We do not hold your travel funds.

Can you help me set up a payment plan?
Yes! Many cruises, resorts, and vacation packages offer flexible payment schedules after an initial deposit. We’ll explain the options available for your trip.

🛡 Travel Insurance & Protection

Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend it. Travel insurance can help protect your investment in case of cancellations, illness, delays, or emergencies before or during your trip. We’re happy to provide quotes and help you choose the right coverage.

What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Some may offer partial refunds or credits, while others may be non-refundable. Our agency’s $100 cancellation fee per trip may apply, and we’ll walk you through all available options.

🏰 Disney, Universal & Theme Park Planning

Do you plan Disney and Universal vacations?
Yes — these are two of our specialties! We help with tickets, hotels, dining, transportation, and park strategy, including Lightning Lanes, Early Park Admission, and more. We also offer free planning tools and premium guides considerately designed for families.

Can you help me decide between Disney and Universal?
Absolutely. We’ll learn about your family’s travel style, budget, and priorities, then recommend the best fit — or help you combine both into one seamless trip.

🚢 Cruises & All-Inclusive Resorts

Do you plan cruises?
Yes! We work with major cruise lines and help match you with the right itinerary, ship, and stateroom — whether you’re cruising for the first time or are a seasoned traveler.

What about all-inclusive resorts?
We help families and couples find the right all-inclusive resort for their needs, from budget-friendly beach escapes to luxury experiences.
