Welcome to Let’s Make Memories Travel! We’re excited to help you plan a trip you’ll never forget. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the important details you need to know before booking travel with us.

By booking or making a payment through Let’s Make Memories Travel, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Let’s Make Memories Travel (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a full-service travel agency helping families and travelers plan stress-free, unforgettable vacations. We work with trusted suppliers to book transportation, hotels, cruises, theme park tickets, and more (“Travel Services”).

2. Your Responsibilities as the Traveler

By working with us, you agree to:

  • Carefully review all travel documents and communications.

  • Make payments on time according to the agreed schedule.

  • Keep your personal and travel information accurate and up to date.

  • Stay informed on travel advisories, visa requirements, and health regulations related to your destination.

You must be at least 18 years old to book with us and accept these terms on behalf of any minor or additional travelers in your group.

3. Our Role

We serve as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We make recommendations and book on your behalf, but we are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party suppliers.

Please note:

  • All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers we book through.

  • We are not liable for supplier errors, cancellations, delays, or changes beyond our control.

4. Pricing & Service Value

Let’s Make Memories Travel does not charge a planning or concierge fee for standard bookings. We are compensated directly by our trusted travel partners, so you receive expert support at no additional cost to you.

In some cases, a $50 concierge planning fee may apply when:

  • Multiple quotes or detailed travel comparisons are requested

  • Custom day-by-day itineraries or theme park touring plans are created

  • Complex, multi-destination, or group trips require extended planning time

This optional fee allows us to reserve dedicated time and ensure your trip receives the personalized attention it deserves. If a concierge fee applies, it will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

We also reserve the right to charge the following service fee:

  • $100 cancellation fee per trip if your travel is canceled after booking (in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties).
This fee may be waived or credited in certain situations such as emergencies or if you choose to rebook through us.

All pricing is based on current availability and subject to change until payment is made in full.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Final payment due dates will be outlined in your travel confirmation.

  • Late or missed payments may result in cancellation by the supplier without refund.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the terms of the supplier. We will advocate on your behalf but cannot guarantee refunds once travel is booked.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance may cover trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and more.

If you choose not to purchase insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any loss.

7. Travel Risks & Disclosures

Travel involves certain risks, including (but not limited to): delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, public health emergencies, and risks associated with specific destinations or activities. You are responsible for understanding those risks.

We recommend checking:

8. Changes & Cancellations

If you request changes or cancel your trip:

  • The $100 cancellation fee will apply (unless waived at our discretion).

  • Additional penalties may be imposed by suppliers.

  • “No-shows” may result in the loss of your entire payment.

If you need to adjust your travel plans, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with next steps.

9. Documentation & Entry Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including:

  • Valid passports

  • Visas (if applicable)

  • Health or vaccination records

Let’s Make Memories Travel is not responsible for denial of entry, missed flights, or other issues related to documentation or entry requirements.

10. Credit/Debit Card Authorization

By providing your credit or debit card, you authorize Let’s Make Memories Travel and our suppliers to charge your card for travel-related purchases as agreed.

Chargebacks made outside of confirmed fraud may result in legal fees or cancellation of future bookings.

Let’s Make Memories Travel is not liable for:

  • Supplier performance or failure to deliver services

  • Injuries, damages, losses, or delays

  • Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, etc.)

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
